Bluebell Woodland Tutorial

This 80 minute soft pastel tutorial takes you step by step through creating this beautiful Bluebell Wood. It includes colour selection and correcting mistakes. I map out the main values and shapes first and gradually layer to create the detail on top. 
You will need a selection of soft pastels and pastel paper. I worked on A4 (24 x 30 cm) pastelmat in anthracite but any paper will do. 
I tend to use pastelmat or a sanded paper because it allows more layering and detail
