This 75 minute tutorial takes you step by step through creating this lovely tulip woodland scene in soft pastels. It was created on 24 x 32 cm Clairfontaine pastelmat paper in anthracite.

    What you will need. 

    Soft pastel paper with a good tooth eg Clairfontaine pastelmat, Fisher 400 or UART, any sanded or textured soft pastel paper will work.

    It is also possible to use sandpaper bought from a hardware store to practice on
